Having a cold is a disaster, especially when we have a lot of things to do, but here’s a tips that may be used to help you recover from cold a little faster.

1. Brew yourself a hot or warm tea, preferably with no sugar, as tea can help strengthen your immune system.

2. Put on a jacket, or blanket, or anything that can make you sweat.

3. Get some sleep.

4. Wake up in the morning feeling better

    the best thing to do to avoid getting Common cold is to keep your immune system at optimum level by taking lots of vitamin-c and also avoiding stress.

    i agree, vitamin-c and mental condition really affect our immune system.
