When we're doing our tasks/projects sometimes we found ourselves doing things that is totally unrelated with our current tasks, making our current tasks seems endless. below I will give you some tips that I hope can help you on focusing more on your current tasks/projects. Make sure that your body is well prepared for the current task/project. Believe me when your body isn't feeling so well, it would be really hard to concentrate, it's better for you to get enough rest and therefor increase your effectiveness, rather than forcing yourself through the project. but of course if you're on a tight deadline you may want to skip this step. note: please differentiate between not having a fit body and laziness.
